Hey Sharks! We’re excited to announce that swim team registration will be opening at noon on April 14th to April 30th at cameronwood.swimtopia.com – season information (including practice times (beginning May 12) and meet dates) can be found on the website as well. Registrations after April 30th are not guaranteed and will be charged a late fee. Important: Please login using your previous season username so you will link directly to your child's previous season profile (there are links if you've forgotten your username or password).

**Please note that the Shrimper Division will be limited to 30 spots only for the safety of our new swimmers. Once the 30 spots have been filled, there will be a waitlist. Before signing up your child for Cameron Wood’s swim team, please make sure they meet the requirements.

VOLUNTEER LOTTERY – we’re bringing back a favorite this year – as a family you are required to volunteer at ONE full swim meet. However, we’d love to reward our awesome families who volunteer more. For every additional volunteer slot you sign up for, you will be entered in our lottery to win a $100 Amazon gift card!! Winner will be announced via email by May 5th.

VOLUNTEERING

Summer swim team can’t function without parent volunteers. We have close to 100 volunteer spots to fill this season and require each family to volunteer for one full swim meet in order to meet those needs. Please be ready to sign-up for your required slot during registration. If your schedule changes after sign-up, Russell McCue (our Volunteer Coordinator) will help you swap spots with another family.

If you have swimming experience, please consider signing up to be a stroke/turn judge; it’s helpful for this volunteer to have a knowledge of the strokes. All other volunteer jobs you can learn on the spot! AND you can always sign up for more than one slot (which qualifies you for the Volunteer Lottery.
